Live this new year with inention
Hello friend,
As the new year begins, I’ve been thinking less about big resolutions and more about how we want our days to feel.
Not rushed.
Not overwhelming.
Just intentional.
So instead of a long list of goals, I’m focusing on 12 intentional ways to begin the new year — small, everyday choices that quietly shape our lives over time.
Things like making your bed, opening a window, drinking water before coffee, moving your body, resting properly, and checking in with yourself.
Simple habits that don’t demand perfection — only presence.
And yes, one of them is making space to travel somewhere new. Not for the sake of checking a box, but because new places invite perspective, connection, and memories that stay with us long after the trip ends.
This year, I’m choosing:
Consistency over motivation
Gentle routines over drastic change
Progress built in the small moments
If you’re feeling the same, I hope this list gives you permission to start slow and start intentionally.
Here’s to a year of calm mornings, meaningful adventures, and celebrating the small wins along the way.
Which intention are you starting with?
